After many years as a respiratory therapist, Dr. Roitman went on to graduate from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1988. He graduated from the Shasta-Cascade Family Practice Residency Program in 1991, and became the medical director of our local Indian Health Clinic for three years. Since 1995, Dr. Roitman has been a full-time faculty member, precepting at the Family Practice Center and leadings a problem-based intern conference and intern Balint group. Dr. Roitman is the Medical Director at both Hill Country Community Clinic in rural Round Mountain, CA., and the Mercy Medical Center employee health department. He has special interests in community and sports medicine. His outside interests include soccer, bowling, and boating.
