A licensed clinical psychologist and a board-certified Medical Psychotherapist, Dr. Rubanowitz obtained his degree in psychology from UCLA and the University of North Dakota. He joined the faculty as Behavioral Science Coordinator in 1986. In addition to his duties with the residency program, he has a private practice in Redding. His clinical interests include pain and stress management, coping with chronic illness, behavioral medicine, and rehabilitation psychology.
