Dr. Lo received his medical training at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong, and completed Family Medicine residency at St.Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica, New York in 1983. He has been an Associate Residency Program director from 2001-2007 and the Program Director since April 2007. He is interested in evidence-based medicine, end-of-life care and health care management. Dr. Lo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine.
