Dr. Balsbaugh received his MD degree in 1995 from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He stayed at Jefferson and completed a family practice residency and a faculty development fellowship. Dr. Balsbaugh also worked in a community family practice office for two years in Chestnut Hill, PA. His areas of interest include diabetes mellitus and clinical quality improvement.
