Dr. Jerant attended medical school at Saint Louis University and completed residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. After completing his commitment to the army, he joined the Department of Family & Community Medicine in 1998. He was named Associate Residency Director, and is in charge of the Department's revitalized Grand Rounds program. His area of research interest is telemedicine.
